Delivery Tracking Process
We carefully manage every order from confirmation to delivery, ensuring seafood arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

Step 1 — Order Confirmation
Send us your order through WhatsApp or phone. Our customer service team confirms your purchase order and delivery details.

Step 2 — Sourcing and Preparation
Your order is handed to our logistics team. Items are sourced, prepared, and organised according to your specifications.

Step 3 — Packing and Dispatch
Your order is packed at our logistics warehouse and prepared for delivery.

Step 4 — Delivery Routing
Your order is placed on the delivery route and transported to your address.

Step 5 — Arrival at Your Doorstep
Your order arrives at the receiving address and is handed over to the recipient.

Delivery Information
Deliveries follow scheduled routes. If you have a strict event timing or special delivery request, please inform our customer service team before confirming your order so we can advise accordingly.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods. This applies to:
• F&B outlets
• cafés and restaurants
• landed properties
• private condominiums
• HDB residences
If no one is available, items may be left at the doorstep. EcoSea Work will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or unforeseen issues once delivery has been completed.

1. When do I need to place my order?
Please place your order by 6:00 PM at least 2 days before your expected delivery date to ensure freshness and proper logistics planning.
For wholesale orders or large quantities, we recommend placing your order earlier so we can secure supply and prepare the necessary cuts.
2. Can I make special requests for items that aren't on your usual list?
Absolutely! If there is a specific catch or cut you need for your menu or event, just WhatsApp us your requirements.
3. Do you offer custom cuts?
- Yes, we offer custom beef cuts. We operate our own processing plant and can cut and portion beef according to your exact specifications.
For seafood products, items are supplied according to their natural catch and standard preparation.
4. Are any of your products processed or marinated?
No. Because we prioritise true health and nourishment, we strictly provide fresh, live, or frozen products only. We do not sell marinated or processed seafood and meats.
5. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to homes, restaurants, retailers, and businesses. If you have a specific delivery location in mind, just reach out via WhatsApp and we will confirm whether we can arrange delivery to your area.
6. Can you supply restaurants or bulk orders?
Yes. We regularly supply restaurants, retailers, and food businesses. If you require bulk quantities or regular supply, contact us and we can discuss your requirements.
